SHELF-LIFE AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Three years at room temperature. Once opened, store in refrigerator.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Perfect with wild meat or red meat in general; ideal with ice cream and yogurt or semifreddo as a dessert; good to accompany mature or fresh cheese or to fill fresh pasta.
