PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Thin slices of Summer Truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.)* in white truffle extra virgin olive oil, salt.
High output product, sterilized. No preserving agents, no colourings

SHELF-LIFE AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Three years at room temperature. Once opened, store in refrigerator and use within a few days.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: It can be used in all kind of dishes as an alternative to fresh truffle, it can be used raw or warmed. 

AVAILABLE SIZES: 90g, 180g glass jar

*this product could be made also with Uncinato Truffle (Tuber uncinatum Chatin) depending on the production period.
